The earbuds cause ear pain after long use. How can I improve comfort?

Use the included memory foam tips for a gentler fit. For optimal comfort, wear them for 60 minutes, then take a 10-15 minute break to ease ear pressure. Adjust the angle to create a natural seal. Comfort varies by ear shape and listening duration.

One side of my headphones has stopped working. How should I test it?

We suggest a quick check by gently clearing the filter mesh first, then swapping the cable side or changing a cable to test whether the sound issue will follow the earbuds or the cables.

Why is there a constant hissing sound when no audio plays?

High-sensitivity HIFI IEMs may amplify faint hiss from your device’s audio chain. Try these fixes: connect an external DAC or amp for cleaner output, adjust your device’s volume settings-overamplified low-level signals can worsen hiss.

Why does my iem often develop sound imbalance? I have tested with a new cable and ruled out connection issues.

Sound imbalance often stems from earwax or debris buildup on the nozzle, this clogs or disrupts sound output. We recommend regularly cleaning the filter mesh with a suitable brush or tweezers, ideally once a week. Avoid sharp tools to prevent damage

𝟏𝟎𝐦𝐦 𝐃𝐲𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐜 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐛𝐰𝐨𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐫: The Astral utilizes an in-house 10mm bioceramic diaphragm dynamic driver. Our custom diaphragm material provides excellent thump in the low sub-bass frequencies that smoothly transition into a lush bass. The bass has been tuned to accommodate the unique characteristics of this driver, and features a slightly smoother transition from the bass into the mids, with a rolling cutoff at 300Hz.
𝐓𝐰𝐨 𝐃𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦 𝐌𝐢𝐝𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐀𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬: The Astral utilizes in-house custom midrange balanced armature drivers to focus on a neutral midrange to make vocals and instruments sound tonally correct, with an accurate pinna compensation curvature at 2.8kHz to perfectly match the perceived hearing of the human ear. This makes for a faithful reproduction of the sound similar to studio monitors.
𝐃𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐔𝐥𝐭𝐫𝐚-𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝐓𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐫: We have customized the famed SWFK balanced armature tweeter to have a smoother ultra-frequency treble response. This modification allows uniform integration with our midrange driver, and extends the ultra-treble frequencies without any shrill or harshness. With better treble extension and greater drive efficiency than other driver types, our new tweeter redefines balanced armature performance.
𝐊𝐢𝐰𝐢 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐓𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞: Astral has a powerful 9dB sub-bass shelf that has a more rounded and smoother transition into the low-midrange, cutting off at 300Hz. This transition eliminates any disjointment between a typical bass shelf and the midrange. The treble follows the tonal signature of some of the world’s best renown stage IEMs, with a perfect 2.8kHz peak that slowly rolls off into the upper treble. We have extended this roll off to be slower and more uniform until 15kHz, which extends the upper frequency reach, while staying natural and comfortable to listen to.
