Legal Disclaimers

The labeled speed of the product may vary depending on the host device, operating environment, port type, type and size of transferred files, as well as other relevant factors. To get full 20Gbps speed, your computer and cable must both support USB 3.2 Gen 2×2. Mac Thunderbolt 4 ports support 40Gbps (Thunderbolt) and 10Gbps (USB) – they do not support USB 3.2 Gen 2×2. So on a Mac, the drive will automatically run at 10Gbps. Additionally, if you are using a USB-A connection, the maximum speed is also 10Gbps, as USB-A does not support the 20Gbps mode. (1MB/s=8Mbps)Security safeguards, by their nature, are capable of circumvention. Lexar does not promise data will be 100% secure from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. Lexar is not liable for any loss of data or images.Actual usable memory capacity may vary. 1GB equals 1 billion bytes. Also, please ensure your device supports external storage above 32GB. Otherwise, formatting on your device will forcibly limit the drive to 32GB. To restore full capacity, delete the existing partition and recreate a full partition in Disk Management on a computer.
