Why do I get fewer charges than expected from this power bank?

Why can’t the power bank continuously maintain its listed maximum charging power?
Listed max power is peak output. Built-in multi-protection includes overcharge, over-temperature and short-circuit protection. It automatically reduces power when hot. The power bank may stop charging if overheated and resume after cooling.
Can I bring this power bank onboard a plane? Can it be checked in luggage?
Rated energy 74Wh. Power banks ≤100Wh are generally permitted for cabin carry. It complies with TSA and most airline carry-on rules. Cannot be checked in. Airline policies differ. Please verify with your airline before travel.
How can you troubleshoot when facing the issue?

Why does it take much longer than 2 hours to fully charge this power bank with my current charger?
2-hr fast charge requires a ≥45W PD charger (e.g. 45W/65W or higher) plus a 45W (3A) cable. Lower-wattage chargers (18W/30W) limit input and extend charging time. Use a compatible fast-charging set.
