What will you get?

The product description says 20,000mAh, but the power bank and box label show 10,000mAh. Is this a mistake?

This power bank has two 3.7V/10,000mAh cells in series (7.4V total). Per international safety standards, the item is labeled with “10,000mAh 7.4V” (single-cell capacity + voltage) to ensure full compliance, yet delivers the equivalent of 20,000mAh.

Why is my power bank charging less than expected?

Due to 30% to 40% energy loss during battery and circuit conversion, a fully charged ANSODY power bank actually provides approximately 12000mAh to 14000mAh of usable capacity.

Why can’t this power bank charge my phone at 45W?

This power bank supports a maximum output power of 45W, but some mobile phones do not support such a high power, and the output power will decrease as the device temperature rises with the increase of charging time.

Why does charging speed slow down when using multiple ports?

To protect your device, the power bank limits output power when multiple ports are used simultaneously. The maximum output power when multiple ports are used together is 15W.

Why does the power bank stop recharging after it’s completely depleted?

After prolonged use, the battery may overheat. The power bank will automatically resume recharging once the temperature drops to a safe level, thus protecting battery life.
